Situé à l’entrée de Gigondas, donc bénéficiant au maximum des bienfaits de la barrière naturelle que sont les Dentelles de Montmirail, notre Domaine est représentatif de l’appellation. Depuis Eugène Raspail (1854), chaque génération s’est efforcée, dans le respect des traditions, de produire un vin complexe, long en bouche et structuré. Pour cela, nous vendangeons à la main en effectuant un tri sélectif, s’en suivra un élevage en foudre de chêne (18 à 24 mois), pour que vous retrouviez dans votre verre un Gigondas qui atteindra le maximum de ses qualités entre 3 et 5 ans, pouvant se conserver jusqu’à 10 ans.
