C’est une exploitation familiale de 54 hectares qui existe depuis 5 générations.

Depuis quinze ans, notre exploitation a évolué progressivement vers des mesures toujours plus respectueuses de l’environnement de la vigne et des sols. En 1996, pour parfaire cette évolution nous avons converti notre domaine à la Bio-Dynamie contrôlé par ECOCERT.

2002  : construction d’une nouvelle unité de vinification.

Nous avons construit un nouveau chai de vinification en accord avec nos principes Bio-Dynamique (cuves en béton construites avec une eau informée, bâtiment édifié en harmonie avec le lieu…). Nous tenons à être toujours très respectueux de nos raisins et nous souhaitons ainsi continuer à mettre en exergue l’expression de nos terroirs.

This is a 54-hectare ( 133 acre) family-run estate that has existed for 5 generations.

Over the last fifteen years, we have been moving progressively towards a more environmentally-sound approach to our vines and soils. In 1996, to complete this evolution, we converted our estate to biodynamic viticulture subject to monitoring by Ecocert.

2002  : construction of a new vinification unit.

We have built a new winery in line with our biodynamic principes (concrete vats built with dynamized water, building in harmony with its surroundings, etc.). We always pay particular attention to tending and handling our grapes and we wish to continue doing justice to and bringing out the true character of our terroirs.
