Situated in the heart of the famous "Dentelles de montmirail", the domaine St françois xavier is deeply rooted in the cultivation of the wines with an ancestral ideal of quality and authenticity.Today the famiy Gras continue this tradition and is running their 26 ha with passion and using natural and organic cultivation techniques "culture raisonnée"Our winemaking process is traditional with long fermentation (about 25 days).The main grape variety is Genache Noir, keystone of Gigondas, associated with Syrah and Mourvèdre varietals.

Our main cuvees mature in old wood casks for 12 months.
