Grapes are sourced from the renowned area of "Les Dentelles de Montmirail".

The blend is traditional ; Grenache noir represent about 85% which is blended with 15% of Syrah. Aging is realized in our cellars in vats (80%) and in oak barrels (20%).

This wine is loaded of black fruit aromas and has touches of cacao and spices. Powerful and rich, it exibits in mouth spices notes like black pepper. A complete and elegant Gigondas, for a consumption between 3 and 8 years.
