The altitude brings freshness and fineness to our wines. The typicité of the sandy and limestone marls composing our terroir, enhances the aromas of our grapes coming from 50 years old vines of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.

Our Gigondas result of a carefully selection, wine making and ageing process. We don't hesitate to innovate respecting soils and traditions. Yields are limited for an optimal concentration of the aromas and harvests are manual to guarantee a perfect sorting of the grapes. After blending, our wines are aged in barrels and in big oak casks in order to soften and melt the tannins.
