We follow the principles of Integrated Crop Management, respecting the ecological context.

Our philosophy is to look for quality at all levels. Yield reduction with pruning and crop management (debudding and shoot thinning, green harvest if necessary), manual grape harvesting with sorting out. Traditional vinification with two consulting Enologists (University of Bordeaux).

The wine is aged in oak foudres for nine months.
