The vineyard, with 3,2 acres, is located in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmitail. Stony red clay alluvium on the slopes, and wide terraces.

The vines were planted by Jean-Claude Chassagne in 1974. The main grape varieties are : Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah.

The vinification executed in our winery is very traditional, with entire grapes, without destalking. The long fermenting, about one month, is made in wooden tank.The wine is aged for a 4 months period in barriques, in new Allier oak.

The result is a full-bodied Gigondas, well balanced and elegant. This wine has a bouquet of black fruit, blackberry, blackcurrent and kirsch. Ideal with games, truffles omelet and cheese.
