We are Gigondas' largest vineyard holder, with 137 hectares of vines located on the heights of the Dentelles de Montmirail. With an average altitude of 400 meters and with Northern -Northwestern hillsides, we obtain wines with a freshness and a length on the finish worthy of Burgundy wines.

Our cuvée Le Pas de l'Aigle Grande Réserve is produced with our 50 years-old vines of Grenache and Syrah, located in vineyard high on calcareous and sandy marls, whereas in our cuvée Grand Romane, we add some Mourvèdre grappes, bringing it a sunny and wild profile in addition to spicy notes and elegance of our terroir. 35/45 years-old vines, located from 260m to 400m in altitude on carbonated and calcareous marls, are vinified in cuvée Romane-Machotte red and rosé. Long but moderate wood ageing, allows me to obtain well-balanced and long on the palate wines.
